FAQ about StarHOSPITALITY Club Membership

StarHOSPITALITY Club (SHC) is a membership program offering tokenized real-world hospitality assets, fractional ownership, rewards, and community governance through a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization).

StarWALLET is a digital wallet which is integrated with SHC and related tokens, and allows trading, staking, redeeming, and converting between tokens.

Yes! You don’t need to sign up since you already have a StarWALLET account.

SHC tokenizes real-world hospitality venues such as restaurants, bars, clubs, villas, and resorts.

SHC Token is the native token of the StarHOSPITALITY Club, built on a Decentralized network and listed on PancakeSwap. It serves as the key to determining membership tier status within the SHC ecosystem. These tokens are primarily sold at starhospitality.club.

Members who hold the membership are eligible to earn from real-world hospitality businesses.

This process will require members to stake their SHC tokens in the SHC App within 30 days at a minimum. After the 30 days period, members will receive a proportional share from StarHOSPITALITY Group’s operations every month. Income sharing may vary depending on the business performance and which tier members hold. Income sharing will be distributed in StarXP.

1. An Additional 12% APY interest on staking

   Members will be rewarded with an additional 12% APY for staking their tokens starting 30 days after staking the tokens. The interests will be distributed in StarXP.

SHC Membership goes beyond offering benefits and rewards; it also provides you with profit-sharing opportunities. Profits generated from each merchant are distributed to members, with the allocation based on their membership tiers.

StarXP is a blockchain-based rewards currency earned through staking and participation. StarPOINTS is part of a broader rewards ecosystem integrated to SHC's wallet and ecosystem.

2. If you are first timer, select “JOIN NOW!” at the top right of the page
3. Select Buy in on the tier you wish to join
4. Fill out the required fields to create your account
5. After creating your credential, you will be asked to verify your account through your email
6. Verify your account through the email, and you will be redirected to the login page and login with your credentials
7. You will be directed to the home page menu. Select “Membership” and choose Upgrade membership in the middle of your membership page.
8. Choose your tier by swiping left or right at the cards section, then select “Buy Now” to proceed with your membership
9. Select your payment method and proceed with your payment information
   1. Credit Card

      Proceed with the payment details provided after you select the payment method. You will be directed to the Xendit payment link. Kindly wait until your payment is processed and tokens will be deposited in your wallet.

   2. Bank Transfer

      Proceed with the payment details provided, then follow the instructions on the Xendit payment page. Please wait until processing is complete. Your tokens will then be deposited into your wallet.

   3. Paypal

      Proceed with the payment details provided, you will be directed to Paypal page to complete your payment. Please wait until processing is complete. Your tokens will then be deposited into your wallet after you complete the payment.

   4. On The Spot

      On The Spot is a method for offline purchases only. You can pay as you visit one of StarHOSPITALITY venues. Our staff will assist you with the payment.

Once you have completed the payment, your tokens will be sent to your membership wallet soon after the purchase and your membership will change to what you selected.

SHC Tokens are tradeable with other users. Members can:

• Transfer tokens to other members
• Sell their tokens to other members
• Convert tokens to STARX
• Convert tokens to STARXP

Once vested, you can trade via:

• PancakeSwap: Swap through any EVM-compatible wallet (e.g., MetaMask, TrustWallet)
• Over the Counter (OTC): Trade directly within the SHC app
• Convert: Convert SHC tokens to STARX (T&C may apply)

The tokens will be vested within 60 days after the purchase, meaning membership cannot be traded within the period to ensure that members get the rewards. You may trade membership once the vesting period ends.
